    To access, correct or delete your personal information, get a copy in a structured format (portability), withdraw a consent or make a complaint, write to our person in charge of the protection of personal information, Ahmed Beddi. Write from the address your request is about, and don't send ID documents unless we ask. We answer an access or correction request in writing within the time the law sets, generally no later than 30 days after we receive it.

About the exam itself?

To register for the CIRE, change your exam date or get your official result, contact CIRO or your firm. We can't do it for you.

CIROPrep is an independent exam-preparation service and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).

What we do with your message

We use your message and your email address only to answer you and handle your request. We never add your address to our marketing emails unless you ask us to in writing. As a rule, we delete your message once it's no longer needed, at the latest 24 months after our last exchange. A request to access, correct, delete or port your information, or a privacy complaint, is kept for 5 years after it's closed, or longer if a legal proceeding or obligation requires it.

Our mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace, which may process messages outside Québec. Learn more in our privacy policy.
